You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, design solutions that drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams to bring those solutions to life. Your leadership will ensure that every project not only meets its goals but also sets a new standard for how we work.
Location for this position is Reno NV. WFO Required
Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of process improvement and AI transformation projects from concept to completion.
- Serve as a people leader-coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Partner with clients to uncover pain points, define success metrics, and co-create solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Analyze and map existing workflows, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.
- Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, data science, training and quality to achieve project milestones.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
- Lead change-management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
- There is the potential for travel in the above locations, you should be willing and able to do so.
BasicQualifications:- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience related to the Job Description.
Preferred Qualifications:- Project management experience, with a strong focus on process improvement and/or technology transformation.
- Demonstrated experience as a people leader-mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven success in client-facing roles, building trust and delivering value.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and their application in business process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification preferred.
