A key aspect of this role is ensuring that requests and expectations for COC suppliers are coordinated, practical, and aligned across programs whenever possible. This position works closely with COC sourcing, procurement, plant teams, business stakeholders, and corporate functions to strengthen supplier performance, improve compliance, and support strategic business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead (COC) Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) supply management program, including assessment of gaps, development and tracking of corrective actions, support for audit readiness, and coordination of activities needed to complete customer, internal, and third-party audit requirements.

  • Lead the COC Supplier Diversity Program, including integration of diverse supplier considerations into sourcing processes, support for reporting and governance, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with corporate supplier diversity strategy.
  • Support broader COC supplier sustainability programs in partnership with corporate teams, including Scope 3 supplier engagement, supplier sustainability assessments and certifications, and Environmental Product Compliance activities.
  • Partner closely with the GSM Sustainability team to support and, where appropriate, lead global program activities. Potential areas of global leadership or support may include Supplier Diversity program expansion, RBA audit preparation expansion across other business units, and support for sustainability and Environmental Product Compliance (EPC) programs.
  • Help align supplier-facing requests across responsible sourcing, sustainability, diversity, and compliance programs so that asks of COC suppliers are coordinated, clear, and efficient.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, communications, governance tools, and internal training materials to support visibility, compliance, and execution across COC supplier programs.
  • Partner across COC and with corporate teams to embed supplier sustainability, responsible sourcing, and supplier diversity expectations into sourcing, supplier qualification, and supplier management processes, while driving continuous improvement across these programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; degree in supply chain, business, sustainability, engineering, environmental studies, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in supplier sustainability, responsible sourcing, supplier diversity, supplier engagement, or supply chain compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn supplier, audit, sustainability, and sourcing data into actionable insights and decision-ready reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing RBA audit activities from a supply chain perspective, including audit readiness, stakeholder coordination, corrective action plans, evidence collection, and follow-up across sourcing, procurement, plant, and supplier teams.
  • Experience supporting Scope 3 supplier engagement, emissions data collection, sustainability reporting, or supplier decarbonization initiatives preferred.
  • Experience supporting supplier diversity strategy, outreach, qualification, reporting, governance, and integration into sourcing processes.
  • Experience with responsible sourcing and supplier sustainability programs, including supplier assessments, certifications, corrective actions, and performance improvement.
  • Working knowledge of the RBA Code of Conduct and ability to translate requirements into practical supplier expectations, communications, and management processes.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Category Management, SAP, supplier data systems, and sourcing processes preferred.
