Functional Accountabilities- Leads the Cloud Data Architects in the deployment of the overall cloud data architecture. Areas of focus include organizational structure, identity and access management, networking, security and ingestion.
- Develops standards, frameworks, patterns, and processes to benefit existing stakeholders.
- Communicates with key stakeholders, industry experts, and technical peers to understand technology and business requirements, industry trends and the boarder data architecture landscape.
- Develops and communicates the technical data architecture direction and roadmap for cloud data capabilities.
- Maintains a strong understanding of the current cloud data platform and proactively leads the analysis of the technology environment to detect deficiencies, gaps, and opportunities. Leads teams to prioritize, initiate and implement technology efforts aimed at addressing these opportunities.
- Translates business and technical requirements into a data architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives
- Provides guidance as it relates to cloud automation and (Continuous Integration/Continuous Improvement) CI/CD capabilities
