About The Team

Life360 is building the family ads platform, and the Ads Sales & Marketing team is where that revenue gets won. We are a combined org spanning Ads Sales & Marketing and Ads R&D, 154 people strong, with a mandate to grow a high-value ads business at the intersection of location intelligence and family life. The sales team is on the front lines of that: building relationships with brands and agencies, translating a differentiated data asset into deals, and proving out what the Life360 ads business can be.
About the Job

As an individual contributor, the Lead Client Partner will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas through strategic efforts across a designated territory, encompassing both direct clients and agencies. The role focuses on evangelizing Life360 Ads innovative solutions around audiences and engagement, fostering client relationships, and tailoring our differentiated value proposition and marketing strategies to meet client needs.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $99,000 to $171,000 USD plus eligibility for a sales bonus.We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You'll Do
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with media buying agencies and direct brand clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their marketing objectives and building tailored native and content marketing programs that leverage the full capabilities of the Life360 ads platform.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through high-volume client engagement: outreach, calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Lead strategic conversations and ideation with clients and agencies to create results-driven campaigns tied to real advertiser outcomes.
  • Respond to RFPs and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling proposals and media plans.
  • Represent Life360 at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our differentiated value in the marketplace.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of digital media or advertising sales experience, with a focus on native advertising, content marketing, or ad tech.
  • Proven ability to sell to both brands and agencies across managed and programmatic deal types.
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, audience targeting, optimization strategies, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Strong ability to prospect, manage a full sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and standard sales software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
