YOUR IMPACT
As an Analytics Product Owner, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Analytics Data Products, ensuring they deliver business value, support strategic decision-making, and align with organizational goals. You will play a key role in shaping the Analytics Product strategy as the organization transitions to a data product-focused model, managing product backlogs and driving successful transformation initiatives. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, and operational teams, you will define priorities, guide product roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality data solutions. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, product management, and stakeholder engagement, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive impactful business outcomes.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• To partner with others and lead the reimagination of data solution delivery, shaping the strategy and execution of insightful Data Products that drive business value.
• To identify business needs, define analytical Data Products, and oversee their implementation, tracking KPIs to measure success.
• To define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for identified Data Products to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
• To engage with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine Data Product features, ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving business requirements.
• To collaborate closely with other data product owners, data architects, engineers, and technical teams to translate Data Product needs into actionable technical specifications.
• To leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and prioritize improvements to identified Data Products.
• To actively manage Data Product backlogs, prioritize feature development, and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in a data analytics field a definite plus.
• Experience: 3+ years in a technical data analyst role, focusing on defining data products or analytics solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Salary Range: $92,320 - $138,480; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
