Technologically fluent with the ability to understand and discuss technology concepts, delivery models, platforms, systems, architecture considerations, and emerging technology trends, and translate technical information into business implications and executive-level insights. 6. Experience working in technology-enabled organizations or partnering closely with technology, product, architecture, engineering, or transformation teams. 7. Strong executive communication skills, including experience developing presentations, business cases, operating reviews, decision support materials, and leadership communications for senior audiences. 8. Ability to identify risks, dependencies, organizational challenges, and execution barriers, and develop practical recommendations that improve performance and operating effectiveness. 9. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives from concept through execution.
