  • We are looking for knowledge of key domain and platform areas relevant to our environment, including MDM, Veeva Align, Sampling, Medical Inquiry Requests (MIRs), and related business processes

Industry Experience:
  • Exposure to or experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biopharmaceuticals, or Pharmaceutical industries is a strong advantage.

Job Description:
The Lead Consultant for the Veeva CRM and Vault CRM Platform plays a critical role in developing and delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements. This position emphasizes the importance of quality and timely execution of consulting projects, fostering strong relationships with clients, and utilizing in-depth technical expertise in the Veeva CRM / Vault CRM Platform to drive successful outcomes.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure Vault CRM / Veeva CRM objects, layouts, call reporting, and sample management workflows.
  • Vault Migration & Integration: Support alignment and data exchange across Vault CRM, Veeva Align, PromoMats, and Approved Email.
  • Business Analysis: review, discuss and Convert commercial, medical, and sales operations requirements into effective system configurations.
  • System Administration: Manage security profiles, user permissions, territory alignments, and data validation rules.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience with Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM configuration or migration, or commercial Vault modules such as PromoMats and CLM.
  • Industry Acumen: understanding of Life Sciences, Pharma, or MedTech commercial compliance, including PDMA and consent tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Vault Loader, REST APIs, and CRM data structures.
