Job Description

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team as a Lead Business Analyst, Risk & Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing compliance processes across IT Risk areas including Enterprise Architecture, Technology Innovation, Source Code Management, System Development Lifecycle, and System Testing. As a key member of the compliance operations team, you will identify compliance gaps, assess business impact, and recommend solutions to strengthen our organization's IT governance and audit readiness.

You will analyze and document enterprise-wide IT standards, define compliance requirements across multiple business lines, and develop comprehensive reporting infrastructure to provide executives and stakeholders with compliance visibility.

What will you do?
  • Analyze the IT Risk Management Lifecycle across risk identification, impact assessment, and monitoring; document current state processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Document and map enterprise-wide IT standards (e.g., SDLC requirements) across multiple lines of business; identify gaps and recommend remediation strategies
  • Coordinate with business units to analyze compliance requirements and ensure consistent standards application across the enterprise
  • Develop business requirements for risk management policies and compliance procedures aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze data and recommend compliance dashboard/reporting infrastructure to provide real-time compliance visibility for executives and stakeholders
  • Conduct requirements analysis for compliance enablement strategies to identify and resolve blockers for technology projects
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies (AI/ML) to enhance risk identification and compliance processes
  • Assess compliance effectiveness through regular reviews and audits; recommend process improvements and governance enhancements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies to understand compliance requirements and define business solutions


What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have:
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, risk management, or compliance operations
  • Strong experience documenting complex business processes across multiple departments
  • Understanding of IT risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with compliance tools, audit workflows, and reporting platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical risks into business recommendations


Nice-to-Have:
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or Business Analysis (IIBA CBAP)
  • Experience with SDLC and IT Architecture frameworks
  • Experience analyzing compliance across multiple business lines
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
