Our Lead Process Control and Automation Engineer -DeltaV works on developing and executing complex process control system integration projects. On a typical day you will: • Review software and documentation • Review and lead the execution of test plans • Review and prepare project proposals for clients • Lead design discussions and decisions • Interface with customers during technical discussions • Coordinate with the Project manager for project schedule, task status, and resource usage. We are looking for someone with a solid background in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical preferred) and at least 7 or more years of overall technical experience in automation with at least three years programming/ configuring DeltaV. Strong experience with technical management of projects. Experience with client service management, working in a process-based industry, system integration and consulting is a plus. Some experience supporting peer development through mentoring and coaching activities. Qualifications Required skills: • DeltaV hardware (servers, switches, controllers, I/O cards) • S88 and batch design (all aspects: phases, operations, unit procedures, procedures) • Control module and HMI design Knowledge of the below skills would be a plus • DeltaV System Administration/Architecture • Virtualized (Hyper-V) DeltaV Environments • Modbus, Ethernet/IP and/or OPC/UA integration with DeltaV (either through VIM, Ethernet I/O Card (EIOC) or software platform like KepServer • Integration with third party MES/ERP systems • Continuous/Batch Historians • Syncade MES • Batch Reporting This is a full-time position.
