Full Job Description
The Lead Application Analyst plays a crucial role in supervising the improvement, maintenance, and management of specific applications within Temple Health. This position entails leading projects, providing guidance to team members, collaborating with business units and stakeholders, representing the department in various capacities, and contributing to vendor relationship management. Additionally, the Lead Application Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and operational stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of application solutions.

This role requires three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Preferred

Experience
5 years Experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently Required
General Experience and knowledge with project management simultaneously leading and coordinating multiple projects Required
General Experience leading and mentoring a team in a high performing collaborative team environment Required
General Experience and knowledge with an in-depth understanding of hardware configurations, database management tools, query language, and application topologies Required
General Experience and knowledge with analyzing, diagnosing, suggesting, and implementing process improvements Required
