YOUR IMPACTOpenText is seeking a highly analytical Lead Analyst to join the Corporate Finance & Cash Flow Planning team in Richmond Hill (Treasury department). This role is great for a finance professional who thrives on working with complex data, uncovering actionable insights, and tackling complex challenges.
You will play a key role in areas including cash flow analysis, FX analysis, forecasting, corporate finance, and debt monitoring while working with cross-functional colleagues in a dynamic environment that values curiosity, persistence, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, has a passion for forecasting and ability to convert ambiguity into structured analysis, a strong interest in technology-enabled finance, and a desire to understand how cash transactions, accounting systems, and finance applications work under the hood.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS - Assisting with cash flow analysis and working with the team to produce quarterly and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Debt monitoring, covenant tracking, capital structure analysis, interest expense forecasting, FX analysis, and hedging recommendations.
- Contributing to the preparation of quarterly reporting packages for senior management.
- Opportunities to work on ad-hoc analytical projects, including cash flow insights, FX analytics, hedging support, and treasury system improvements.
- Work with large and complex data sets from the GL, TMS, and external market sources for analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
- A role where you can improve processes, introduce new analytical approaches, and contribute to ongoing transformation in Treasury.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Treasury, or Finance within a multinational environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering with finance experience, or equivalent. Other quantitative or technical disciplines with experience and interest in finance, treasury, and accounting are equally valued. CPA, CFA, graduate degree, or relevant certifications are considered assets.
- Broad interest and foundational understanding of corporate finance, financial markets, risk management, treasury operations, and FP&A concepts.
- Ability to operate with autonomy, handle multiple deliverables, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience with enterprise and treasury systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Kyriba, GTreasury, Bloomberg, FXALL) and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx) are assets for this role. Ability to leverage AI tools is also valued.
- This role is office-based in Richmond Hill.

Salary Range: $86,800 - $130,200; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
