Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer/Architect) or as a technical founder.
• Daily hands-on experience with Claude (or comparable LLM) as a development tool.
• Production-level experience with LLMs: including prompt engineering and agent development.
• Proficiency in Python and potentially TypeScript, Java, JavaScript, or SQL with a history of shipping applications.
• Demonstrable history of delivering products or tools that add measurable customer value.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with senior stakeholders without needing PM mediation.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations; converts undefined business challenges into actionable technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Build production applications using frontier models directly within customer systems to meet specific requirements.
• Deliver a range of technical artifacts like agent workflows and integrations tailored for client needs.
• Manage workstreams from discovery through to handoff, making real-time trade-offs between quality and speed.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders at the Director and VP level to co-design and implement solutions rapidly.
• Provide high-touch deployment support in enterprise environments, ensuring reliability and client trust.
• Icodge reusable deployment patterns and contribute production-ready assets back to the Genpact AI practice.
• Keep abreast of recent developments in LLM capabilities, returning insights to improve products.
