Inside the RoleThe Launch and Change Management team is responsible for leading the implementation of new product projects into DTNA's truck manufacturing plants and supply chain networks. Our team is responsible for understanding the technical changes introduced by DTNA Engineering, ensuring the launch strategy is aligned throughout the organization, and actionable for both Operations, and DTNA's supply chain. We lead our supply chain to ensure new part forecasting for production volumes is transparent, and tooling, returnable packaging, transportation, and all other manufacturing requirements are achieved, including coordination of necessary supplier changes.

Position offers a starting salary range of $71,000 - $91,000 USDPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA- Support LCM Material Planning team activities related to supply chain management, change management, and project management
- Participate in and lead Supplier/DTNA cross-functional activities to ensure supplier performance meets stakeholder expectations
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, solve problems, create win-win solutions, and develop positive professional relationships
- Partner with internal project management teams (Cab, Chassis, Mech, NPP) to ensure on-time-delivery (OTD) for key plant build events and changeovers
- Maintain and load part parameters, create supplier Spot POs, and issue Premium Freight Authorizations as needed to protect DTNA production
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the Series & Resourcing team to support LCM Material Planning process improvement
- Track performance via Material Planning team reports and KPIs, such as E-Status Offline, 862 Past Due, OTD%, Spot PO to Missing Elements Ratio, etc.
- Support maintenance of LCM Material Planning team's training documentation to ensure all stakeholder roles and responsibilities are understood
- Attend TT/GN events including but not limited to: supplier conferences, industry events, plant meetings, other cross-functional alignments
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related study
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain or change management function
- Working knowledge and understanding of Engineering and Supply Chain processes
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions)
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills required
- Proficiency with IMS and/or other MRP systems
Exceptional Candidates Might Have- 2+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing
- Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related study
- APICS, PMP, Six Sigma/Lean certification, or similar
- Working knowledge of DTNA operations network and supply chain partners preferred
- Familiarity with Lean principles preferred
