Your role
We're looking for a LATAM Credit Salesperson to:
• Provide sales coverage to institutional investors across the U.S., Latin America and Brazil, including asset managers, hedge funds, banks and insurance companies.
• Market and execute secondary market transactions across LATAM sovereign, quasi-sovereign and corporate credit products.
• Originate and distribute primary debt offerings in partnership with Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
• Develop and strengthen client relationships by delivering market insights, trade ideas and tailored solutions.
• Partner closely with Trading, Research, Banking and DCM teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Embrace innovative technologies, including AI and data-driven solutions, to enhance client coverage, improve efficiency and uncover commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Emerging Markets and LATAM franchise.
Your team
You'll be joining a leading Global Emerging Markets franchise as part of the LATAM Credit Sales and Trading team. We provide institutional clients access to a broad range of primary and secondary market opportunities across sovereign, quasi-sovereign and corporate credit.
You'll play a key role in connecting investors with opportunities across LATAM credit markets while working closely with colleagues across Sales, Trading, Research, Banking and DCM.
Your expertise
• 8+ years of institutional sales experience in Emerging Markets and/or LATAM credit.
• Established relationships with U.S. and/or Latin American institutional investors.
• Strong knowledge of sovereign, quasi-sovereign and corporate credit products, including primary and secondary markets.
• Experience working with Banking and DCM teams on debt issuance and distribution.
• Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
