QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree - Required - Degree within construction, urban planning, engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Environmental, Geography, or relatable degree - Plus
  • 2-10 years of project coordination, project operations, project administration, or project management experience - Required
  • Experience functioning within the construction, city planning, energy, utilities, engineering, or related field - Required
  • Experience with or exposure to permitting - Desired
  • Understanding of project process and life cycles.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders and articulate key points to drive discussions and facilitate consensus.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel) - Required
  • Salesforce - Desired
  • Experience using AutoCAD - Desired
  • Experience using GIS Software for maps, data, and other graphic displays - Plus
  • Ability to read TCP's (Traffic Control Plans) - Plus
  • Excellent critical thinking, time management, interpersonal communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results beyond expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
