Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience advising and counseling clients in employment-related commercial litigation, and workplace compliance with federal and state employment laws. Experience advising clients on risk management, EEO compliance and strategies, affirmative action plans, employee disciplinary matters, litigation, dispute resolution and prior experience leading labor campaigns, a plus. Submissions from more experienced lawyers, including Of Counsel levels, would also be welcome.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $165,000 - $175,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
