Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an attorney with 5+ years' experience to join its growing public finance and economic development finance practice in its Cincinnati, Ohio office. Candidates should have experience working with, and knowledge of public finance or other governmental transactional work, economic development finance, and/or Ohio state and local tax law. Relevant experience may include municipal bond financing, including general obligation, revenue, and conduit issuances, tax increment finance (TIF) law, tax abatement law, special assessment law, and other public-private financing structures. Candidates with training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or an MBA) are welcomed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with technical tax issues in a fast-paced environment.
