Cozen O'Connor seeks an associate with at least two years of employment law experience to join the Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in wage-and-hour disputes, class and collective actions, and other employment litigation matters. This role includes handling litigation in state and federal courts, as well as advising clients on a broad range of employment law issues. Strong analytical and writing skills, as well as excellent academic credentials, are required. Must be licensed and in good standing in Washington, or eligible for admission.
The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $215,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
