As a Product Manager in Kinexys Liink, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, design, build, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. Develop detailed product requirements, functional specifications, API requirements, and implementation plans. Ensure successful execution of complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, data, risk, legal, compliance, and external partners. Drive continuous improvement of development processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, control, and reliability standards. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry standards across payments, digital assets, blockchain, and data exchange networks. Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and scalable product offerings. Participate in strategic industry workshop with key customers, data providers, and ecosystem partners. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Experience across payments, transaction banking, fintech, financial market infrastructure, or related financial services, with a strong understanding of global payment flows, correspondent banking, payment operations, and payment data ecosystems. Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Proven experience leading the development of enterprise-scale platform, network, API, or data products, with accountability across the full product lifecycle Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, integration architectures, data platforms, and complex technology implementations in partnership with engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to drive disciplined product execution, including roadmap management, prioritization, governance, delivery oversight, success metrics, and management of multiple concurrent initiatives. Ability to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into scalable product solutions that deliver measurable business value and support commercial growth. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior executives, customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Experience building API-first products, network platforms, or B2B data products. Experience with payment validation, payment routing, sanctions screening, compliance, or payment operations solutions. Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT standards, and emerging payment interoperability models. Prior experience launching network-based products that require ecosystem adoption and participant onboarding.
