Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Management to join Margin Services business within our Markets Division team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Act as Product Owner and business liaison for the development of a new client-facing front-end supporting collateral workflows
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, business requirements, and detailed acceptance criteria
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, from concept through development, testing, rollout, and post-launch optimization
  • Develop and execute client migration strategy, transitioning users from legacy tools to the new platform with minimal disruption
  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from internal stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Relationship Management, Technology) and external clients
  • Conduct client demos, training sessions, and feedback workshops to drive adoption and continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, bug fixes, and releases, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives
  • Support Sales and Relationship teams by acting as a functional SME during client discussions and solution positioning
  • Contribute to revenue generation and business management activities, including supporting pricing strategy, client profitability analysis, and overall product commercialization efforts
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client behavior to inform strategic decisions and product positioning
  • Act as a functional SME across collateral, margin workflows, and client experience, supporting internal teams and client engagements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, including tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, and financial outcomes tied to the product
  • Leverage and promote innovative use of AI and automation, identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, improve client experience, and drive operational efficiency


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • 2-5+ years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience, preferably in financial services
  • Prior exposure to OTC derivatives margin, collateral management, custody, or securities settlement workflows (including familiarity with SWIFT messaging such as MT540/542 preferred but not required)
  • Understanding of post-trade flows, settlement processes, and custody operations
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, including backlog management, sprint planning, and JIRA (or similar tools)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills, including experience delivering product demos to external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize feedback across diverse stakeholder groups and convert insights into product enhancements
  • Experience managing or supporting client migrations, platform rollouts, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, technology teams, and clients
  • Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and execution
  • Experience working on client-facing digital platforms or workflow automation tools
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product commercialization, pricing, or financial performance, with an understanding of client profitability and revenue drivers
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience partnering across functions to drive business outcomes, including tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, and product performance
  • Familiarity with or demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve business processes, enhance client experience, and drive efficiency

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
