Job Summary
The Kinaxis Technical Consultant will provide hands-on technical and functional expertise in the Kinaxis RapidResponse application, with a strong understanding of supply chain and supply management processes. The role will support application enhancements, break-fix issues, upgrades, and coordination with offshore delivery teams while working closely with customers and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on technical support and development within the Kinaxis RapidResponse application.
• Apply functional and technical knowledge of supply chain processes, with a focus on Supply Management.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve break-fix issues in collaboration with the project team.
• Work on medium-complexity enhancement and development initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with offshore delivery teams to support project execution and deliverables.
• Provide on-call support during weekends as required to address critical issues and support business needs.
• Develop and support upgrade strategies and work with customers to plan and release new enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience working with the Kinaxis RapidResponse application.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Supply Chain and Kinaxis.
• Kinaxis Author Level 2 certification or higher.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve application issues.
• Experience working on medium-complexity enhancement and development projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with offshore delivery teams and customers.
• Ability to provide weekend on-call support when required.
• Experience working with Kinaxis upgrades and upgrade strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Management.
