Full Job Description
Your Tasks:
Lead projects and drive technical execution at key accounts
Analyze customer needs and define technical and process requirements
Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams across DELO's global network (Germany and subsidiaries)
Develop deep application-specific process expertise and support contract manufacturers in process implementation
Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure project success
Monitor and scout technical trends relevant to your key accounts, exchange insights with industry experts
Provide regular feedback and collaborate with the Global Key Account Manager
Your Skills:
You are located in the Greater San Jose Area (CA)
Degree in Materials Engineering/Science, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Applied Chemistry, or related technical fields. (Bachelor's required, Master welcome)
At least 3 years of experience in a technical corporate environment - preferably as Sales or Application Engineer in the adhesive sector or similar industries such as surface treatment, consumer electronics, Semiconductor industry
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems
Prior expertise in adhesives is not required as you will get intensive and exciting training in Germany
Willingness to travel
