The Account Manager role is a full-time, in-office position located in Springfield, MO requiring approximately 30% travel.

What You'll Do as a Key Account Manager Own & Grow Key Accounts- Manage relationships with OEM customers as the primary point of contact
- Build trust across procurement, engineering, operations, and leadership
- Drive account retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships
Drive Revenue & Opportunity- Identify new programs, upsell opportunities, and service improvements
- Develop quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Turn customer insights into measurable business growth
Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience- Lead communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams
- Manage escalations while balancing customer and business priorities
Leverage Data & Strategy to Support Growth- Support forecasting and communicate demand trends
- Contribute to sales strategy and market insights
- Participate in customer reviews, trade shows, and industry events
What We're Looking For - Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Background in manufacturing, OEM, automotive, or industrial products preferred
- Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and problem-solving
- Experience with CRM systems and ability to be trained on company specific system
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with 30% travel
