At SRC Automotive, Inc., we're hiring a KeyAccount Manager to own and grow strategic OEM customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in B2B sales, account management, and customer growth-balancing relationship building with real revenue responsibility.

The Account Manager role is a full-time, in-office position located in Springfield, MO requiring approximately 30% travel.

What You'll Do as a Key Account Manager

Own & Grow Key Accounts
  • Manage relationships with OEM customers as the primary point of contact
  • Build trust across procurement, engineering, operations, and leadership
  • Drive account retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships

Drive Revenue & Opportunity
  • Identify new programs, upsell opportunities, and service improvements
  • Develop quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies

Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience

  • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams

What We're Looking For
