WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
We are seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic
Direct accounts. This role focuses on strengthening partnerships, driving commercial
strategy, and ensuring exceptional execution across all touchpoints of the customer
relationship.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Direct customers, with
emphasis on long-term growth and account retention.
• Build strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
across customer organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless
communication and alignment between customer needs and Pretium capabilities.
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams-sales, operations, engineering,
pricing, supply chain, and customer service-to meet service, quality, and delivery
expectations.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead solution development
efforts that support customer objectives.
• Analyze account performance, track progress against goals, and report key insights
to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Direct Channels
team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, packaging, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' B2B account management experience-ideally serving large
Director packaging customers.
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead
and influence cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel as required for customer and business needs.
