About the roleWe are seeking a seasoned
Account Manager with a strong background in
enterprise sales of complex solutions or
consulting services, ideally within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including
at least 3 years in a current role with consistent quota attainment. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, foster deep client relationships, and drive revenue growth through expansion and upsell opportunities. Essential Functions:•
Own the full sales cycle-from discovery to close-driving pipeline growth and revenue within assigned accounts.

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand Concord's footprint across strategic accounts.
•
Exceed annual revenue targets through effective account management and growth strategies.
•
Leverage upsell opportunities within existing accounts to consistently achieve quota.
• Deliver
exceptional client relationship management for both new and existing accounts.
• Act as a
trusted advisor, helping clients maximize Concord's solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Manage designated
End-User accounts as assigned by sales leadership.
• Drive adoption of
Concord Cloud Fax and
Concord Connect (Intelligent Document Processing) across all accounts.
• Conduct
semi-annual internal business reviews and develop strategic account plans.
Required Qualifications:•
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare or consulting services, with a focus on complex solutions.
•
Minimum 3 years in current role with a proven record of consistent quota attainment.
Compensation Range: $175,000 - $225,000 OTE (uncapped)
Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
