Your success will be reflected in the quality and effectiveness of PERLab's marketing campaigns, the strength of its market presence, and the engagement generated through innovative content and strategic partnerships.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Have 4-8 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2-3 years focused on B2B product marketing within a corporation, agency, or professional services environment.

  • Have experience developing and activating integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Are an exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex business concepts into engaging marketing content.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Have experience building collaborative relationships across matrixed, global organizations.

  • Bring a strategic mindset while remaining comfortable executing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Have experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.

  • Are comfortable using marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future activities.

  • Are willing to travel occasionally as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Activation

  • Partner with the Global Brand & Content Strategy Director to align marketing initiatives with PERLab's business objectives and global growth priorities.

  • Develop and execute global marketing activation plans that increase awareness, strengthen market positioning, and support commercial objectives.

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, thought leadership, events, social media, and client engagement initiatives.

  • Continuously evaluate the marketing mix to ensure campaigns remain innovative, differentiated, and aligned with evolving client needs.

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Collaborate with PERLab experts to develop compelling marketing assets that communicate the value of Kearney's product strategy, innovation, and transformation capabilities.

  • Translate complex consulting methodologies and technical concepts into clear, engaging content for executive audiences.

  • Support the creation and promotion of thought leadership, campaign materials, presentations, and digital content across multiple channels.

  • Ensure messaging remains consistent with Kearney's global brand standards while supporting regional marketing priorities.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with partners, consultants, and regional and global marketing teams to deliver coordinated marketing initiatives.

  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing regular updates on campaign execution, performance, and opportunities.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing programs and campaign assets.

  • Support collaboration across marketing, business development, communications, and practice leadership to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Partnership Development & Performance Measurement

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships across media, industry organizations, academic institutions, and external networks to expand PERLab's visibility and influence.

  • Monitor campaign performance and develop reporting against established objectives and KPIs.

  • Leverage marketing insights and performance data to recommend continuous improvements to campaigns and activation strategies.

  • Stay informed on emerging marketing trends, digital platforms, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.
