The Junior Supply Chain Analyst will support cross-functional teams responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective flow of materials required to meet customer commitments. The successful candidate will analyze supply chain data, support supplier management activities, assist with procurement and planning processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, execution, and administration of subcontracts while maintaining effective supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and assist with issue resolution.
  • Analyze inventory, demand, and supply data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics related to supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and program management teams to support business objectives.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and support action item tracking.
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate data within ERP and supply chain systems.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS, JAMIS, Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or Costpoint.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of basic supply chain concepts including planning, forecasting, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Interest in aerospace and defense manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
• The base pay for this position within California is: $70,000.00 - $116,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
