Perform technical review of engineering design and software changes recommended by other engineers
Provide management with feedback concerning engineering and design changes proposed
Knowledge of NSWC Philadelphia a plus
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must possess the following professional experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university, or a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is acceptable
3 to 5 years technical experience as a system, electrical, computer, or mechanical engineer or equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM)
1 to 3 years experience in management capacity to include project management and management of personnel.
Relevant management experience to include financial management, financial tracking, fiscal oversite, and decision making, and day to day management of personnel.
Experience in Jira and Confluence a plus
Six Sigma or Scrum certifications a plus
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
Pay & Benefits:
Salary: $100,000-$115,000 based on experience
