Full Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-orien ted Junior Program Control Specialist to join our USMC Team in Quantico, VA to provide support in an acquisition and information assurance focused role. The successful candidate will assist the Lead Information Systems Security Manager and help organize the activity's Information Assurance Program.

Responsibiliti es include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct administrative and program support to a Marine Corps organization's Lead Information System Security Manager (ISSM). Apply exceptional organization and communication skills to ensure day-to-day requirements are met and tasks are completed on time.
  • Apply basic information technology and information assurance training, certifications, and experience to identify process friction points and recommend solutions to the ISSM and overall information assurance team.
  • Develop and staff the program's documentation and other artifacts ensuring the highest quality and accuracy of content. This may include drafting, reviewing, and updating documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with the various product managers, team leads, competency representatives, internal and external stakeholders, and integrators as directed by the government.
  • Assist with technical studies and analyze current and future requirements.
  • Be prepared to engage in cybersecurity, information assurance, and information technology policies, orders, directives, processes, and business rules as a means of broadening career objectives and enhancing technical understanding.


Minimum Q ualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field. Or a High School diploma and at least 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Security+ certification
  • A basic understanding of cybersecurity and information technology environments.


Preferred Qualification:
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizen with the abilty to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50


The projected compensation range for this position is $68,600.00-$114,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
