Junior Graphics Designer - JGD1091

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that supports branding, marketing, communications, digital campaigns, presentations, and broader business initiatives across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual communication, excellent design capabilities, and the ability to transform creative concepts and business requirements into polished, professional, and engaging visual assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop original graphic concepts and visual designs for digital, print, marketing, and corporate communications projects.
  • Create promotional materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, reports, flyers, and branded content.
  • Design visual assets for websites, email campaigns, digital platforms, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives.
  • Translate creative briefs, campaign messaging, and business concepts into effective visual solutions.
  • Apply established brand guidelines consistently across typography, color, imagery, layouts, and other visual elements.
  • Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images and graphics for different digital and print applications.
  • Prepare production-ready files while ensuring designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.

Compensation & Contract Details

Annual Contract Rate: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, creative expertise, and scope of responsibility.

Employment Type: Full-time Contract.

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Contract Term: Initial contract assignment with potential for extension or renewal based on business needs, project requirements, and performance.
