Job Description:
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
  • Creative role supporting design projects across one or more design functions and industries.
  • Produces a wide range of deliverables by applying conceptual skills, imagination, and knowledge of design to meet or exceed project objectives.
  • Participates in full design process: research, concept creation, design development, implementation, and coordination with development partners and vendors.
  • Solves creative problems for moderately to highly complex assignments and originates ideas for products, interfaces, and brand experiences.
  • Evaluates design solutions on aesthetics, function, serviceability, sustainability, materials/methods, production feasibility, market fit, and client requirements.
  • Integrates research, concepts, and sketches into compelling designs and presentations and supports contextual research and strategic services.
  • Collaborates closely with cross functional teams, clients, suppliers, and creative partners globally and effectively presents design concepts to internal and external audiences.


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of Automotive Design.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and 2D/3D software (Alias, Maya, Blender, C4D, Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, etc..).
  • Figma or cloud collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of the design process and an excellent feel for form.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Presentation skills, both verbally and visually.
  • Conceptual thinking.
  • Preferences:
    • Professional training or course work.
    • Associate's degree in industrial design, Transportation Design or Automotive Design.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.

The expected salary range for this position is $76,175.00 - $98,579.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
