Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in online community management and project management
• Strong understanding of Jive platform functionalities and stakeholder needs
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships between customers and employees
• Experience working in a global context with cultural sensitivity
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while managing multiple priorities
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration with engineering teams is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Jive platform
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Jive, advising on best practices
• Cultivate positive relationships between customers and employees
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both online and in person
• Adapt project initiatives to fit various cultural contexts
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve shared goals
