  • Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Sales and Service Cloud
    • Lead system integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Marketing, Middleware, etc.)
    • Integrate Salesforce with Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
    • Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
    • Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
    • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions
    • Develop and review integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL tools)
    • Oversee data migration, data modeling, and data quality processes
    • Support deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
    • Mentor developers and ensure code quality through design reviews
