Full Job Description
We are searching for an GTM Enterprise Application Manager to own and evolve the GTM tech stack that powers our revenue engine.You will be the technical authority for Salesforce and our surrounding toolset (like Gong, TableauDealHub, Relevance and others), keeping systems reliable, secure and tightly aligned to how our teams actually work. . This is not just an admin seat. You will help translate the business requirements into a scalable technical architecture, build and maintain integrations and serve as the operational backbone for our Revenue Operations function. Location: Remote - U.S only. Responsibilities - Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end - Salesforce CRM, Gong, DealHub, and adjacent tooling - including configuration, data integrity, and platform reliability across the full revenue lifecycle - Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Flow, and Lightning components; translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions - Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and the broader RevOps stack - marketing automation, CS platforms, and AI agent tooling (Relevance AI) - Partner with RevOps leadership to decompose strategic GTM initiatives into scoped, executable technical workstreams with clear milestones and acceptance criteria - Partner with Security to ensure all GTM systems meet PlexTrac's data security, compliance, and access control standards; own user lifecycle management across all platforms - Support the RevOps AI agent ecosystem - ensuring Salesforce data structures, field definitions, and API access are correctly structured for agent consumption and write-back - Maintain clear, current technical documentation for all system configurations, integrations, and operational processes - Manage the full user access lifecycle - provisioning, role changes, and deprovisioning across all GTM systems as employees join, transfer, or leave PlexTrac - Serve as the primary point of escalation for system issues; troubleshoot and resolve problems affecting sales reps, managers, and CS teams day to day with a focus on minimal disruption - Continuously review system usage and data quality across all GTM platforms; proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements to keep reporting and automation reliable Qualifications - 5+ years managing Salesforce or a similar CRM in a sales or revenue operations setting - Salesforce development skills - Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning components - Ability to independently break down a business problem into a scoped technical spec and execute it - Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM processes: pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, and renewal workflows - Strong communication skills - comfortable presenting system design decisions to both technical peers and executive stakeholders Nice to have - Experience with toolings like DealHub, Gong, Relevance, Tableau Tools & Technical Environment Modern GTM tech stack including Salesforce, DealHub, Gong, Relevance, Clay, Lead IQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Tableau. Work Style We operate as a remote-first, distributed team with a strong asynchronous culture. PlexTrac utilizes different base pay ranges for different work localities, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently based on their home market. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the specific applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's work location. In addition to a candidate's work location, an individual's base pay will also depend on a number of factors, such as complexity and responsibility of the posted role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
