"Skills and Responsibilities:
• Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, JSP, Struts Framework, and Enterprise Web Application Development.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of leading development teams, driving application enhancements, supporting legacy modernization initiatives, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Java / JSP / Struts Technical Lead - Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Java, JSP, and Struts.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Drive application enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide development team members.
• Coordinate with business users, architects, QA, and support teams.
• Manage production support activities and critical issue resolutions.
• Prepare technical design documents and effort estimations.
• Participate in application modernization and migration initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards."
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
