Key Responsibilities:- As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex software issues across various system components.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand challenges and align support efforts with business priorities.
- Analyze recurring issues to develop preventive strategies and reduce future incidents.
Basic Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
- Associates degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka
- Advanced proficiency in Angular Application Remediation Engineering Support and Microservices Architecture
