Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, drive technical solutions, and ensure high-quality software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and modern UI technologies (Angular/React).
  • Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs while ensuring application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Develop and deploy applications on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, and support CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Frontend Development: Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, ensuring an excellent user experience.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects.
