Key Responsibilities:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Develop and implement effective remediation strategies for application-related challenges.
• Provide training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery.

*This role requires working Onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, NYC or Jersey City/Pennington, NJ*

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with Advanced proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
• Associate Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Angular
• Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and Microservices Architecture
