CTG is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong cloud engineering and Kubernetes security expertise to support our client's enterprise cloud modernization initiatives. This role will focus on developing and securing cloud-native applications across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments.

Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Java-based cloud-native applications and microservices.
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, GKE, AWS, and OpenShift platforms.
- Implement Kubernetes security controls including RBAC, workload identity, network policies, and pod security standards.
- Support container and runtime security initiatives including image scanning, vulnerability management, and workload protection.
- Develop and enforce policy-as-code frameworks using OPA/Gatekeeper and HashiCorp Sentinel.
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud engineering, and security teams to support scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems and multi-cloud environments.
Required Skills:- Strong Java development experience in enterprise cloud environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Kubernetes, AWS, and OpenShift.
- Experience securing Kubernetes/EKS/GKE platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, containers, microservices, and multi-cloud design patterns.
- Experience with container security, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Required Experience:- 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering and security.
- Proven expertise across OpenShift, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud and containerized environments.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
