Role:Java Developer - Flex
Location: 1271 Avenue of Americas, NY - Hybrid role
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
  • Hands on Senior Java Developer with over 10 years of enterprise development experience
  • Work with multiple business lines and on occasion manage small projects.
Qualifications:
  • Experienced Java Developer (JDK 8 or 11)
  • Experience building scalable computational distributed services.
  • Experience with multiplatform enterprise service development and challenges of data serialization
  • Experience with developing service wrappers for Python or C++ libraries
  • Apache Camel (Version 3) or similar
  • REST API (including Enterprise Authorization and Authentication)
  • Enterprise services (including monitoring, state management)
  • Spring (including Spring Boot and Spring Boot Actuator)
  • JMS (Active MQ or similar)
  • MS SQL Server experience
  • Plus: Experience with Capital Markets and understanding how Derivatives instruments are valued
  • Plus: Experience interfacing with Murex Flex API
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science
