Job Responsibilities:- Contribute to core application functionality through complex project tasks and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with product leads across the technology organization to identify and implement improvements
- Communicate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and address questions
- Collaborate with global technology peers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing ideas that add value to the business
Required Skills:- Strong core Java development experience
- Familiarity with Gradle, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of multithreading and testing methodologies in Java
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:- Experience with additional languages such as C#, Python, or SQL
- Exposure to protobuf (GPB)
- Familiarity with financial services or trading platforms is a plus
