Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support our business platforms
Work collaboratively within an Agile team, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
Create containerized applications for deployment on OpenShift
Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of backend systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):8+ years of experience in backend development
Strong working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Extensive experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture design
Experience working with databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Experience with Messaging Technology (e.g., Kafka, MQ)
Proven ability to build containerized applications
Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/OpenShift/GCP)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):Experience with BPMN technologies (Camunda BPMN)
Experience with DMN technologies (Camunda DMN, Drools, or similar)
Proficiency in Python
Experience with front-end technologies (React)
Usage experience with AI Code Assistants (GitHub Co-Pilot or similar)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 85,000 - 95,652.
