Job Description:What Will You Do?- Design and implement full-stack solutions across Python, Java/Kotlin, React, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
- Lead ETL pipeline development and optimization, ensuring data flows efficiently and reliably.
- Architect and build scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.
- Champion AI/LLM integration and prompt engineering best practices across the team.
- Drive adoption of best-in-class testing frameworks, DevOps practices, and SDLC discipline.
- Lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Participate in security and architectural design reviews.
- Contribute to GitHub-based development workflows and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability improvements.
What Do You Need to Succeed?Must-Have- 5+ years of software development experience across multiple languages/frameworks.
- Deep expertise in Java/Kotlin.
- Understanding in Python.
- Strong frontend skills with React and modern JavaScript.
- Database experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake (or similar data warehouses).
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline development.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, containerization).
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks and SDLC best practices.
- Experience with API design and microservices architecture.
- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities.
Nice to Have- AI/LLM and prompt engineering experience.
- Security testing tools experience (Checkmarx, NexusIQ, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75,000 to 90,000
