About the TeamOur Engineering team is responsible for building highly scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications that power mission-critical business solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
As a Senior Java Application Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing distributed systems while collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
You will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help drive engineering best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality Java-based enterprise applications.
- Build scalable, cloud-native distributed systems using modern software engineering principles.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, coding standards, automated testing, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Documentation teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Build reliable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global locations.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Java applications.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Amazon SQS or Apache Kafka.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and secure application development.
- Experience with Big Data technologies.
- Experience building SaaS platforms and customer-facing enterprise products.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
