JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Vice President, CAO Artificial Intelligence Lead within the CAO, you will own the development and execution of an adoption strategy that increases AIknowledge, usage, and productivity across the CAO. You will translate evolving AI capabilities (e.g., LLM platforms and Microsoft Copilot) into clear, actionable learning experiences, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver programming that improves adoption and the employee experience. You will use data, metrics, and governance practices to measure outcomes, identify barriers, and continuously improve engagement at scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and drive CAOs AI engagement and adoption strategy, including a roadmap of learning, communications, and planned programs aligned to business priorities and employee needs
  • Stay current on AI trends, tools, and enhancements to translate them into practical guidance, use cases, and reusable enablement materials for employees
  • Design and deliver executive-ready learning experiences (workshops, demos, office hours, leadership briefings) that make AI approachable and useful across roles and skill levels
  • Provide monthly updates to the leadership team on program progress, completed deliverables, and upcoming initiatives
  • Create communications that drives awareness, participation, and sustained behavior change
  • Embed yourself within the CAO organization to identify needs, educate and package high-impact use cases that demonstrate measurable wins and inspire broader adoption across the organization; Partner with volunteer AI Champions, to stay connected to team needs and governance
  • Establish measurement and reporting (e.g., participation, tool usage, adoption barriers) and use insights to refine programming and prioritize enhancements
  • As capacity allows, this role may engage in other CAO Business Management responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: learning & development, communications, technology adoption, program management, employee engagement, or related fields
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of AI tools including large language model platforms, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI solutions; ability to translate AI concepts into clear, engaging, business-ready content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence and strong storytelling with data capability
  • Strong program/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders independently
  • Demonstrated ability to use metrics and insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and/or advanced experience working with LLMs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration/content tools (SharePoint, Teams)
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions and levels of seniority in a complex, regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience leading AI adoption, digital transformation, or technology engagement programs
  • Proven track record designing and facilitating learning experiences for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Experience building/managing ambassador or champion networks and community-based enablement
  • Experience within Wealth Management and/or financial services
