WHAT YOU’LL DO

The AVI-SPL IT Vendor Management & Contracts Specialist is responsible for serving as the central operational bridge connecting internal stakeholders (Workplace/Facilities, IT Engineering, Corporate Sourcing, and Legal) with external technology partners, systems integrators, and managed service providers. You will ensure our suppliers meet contractual obligations, execute against agreed SLAs, and drive continuous performance improvement across global locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Governance & Performance: Establish and facilitate regular governance rhythms for key IT and workplace technology partners, including running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), operational syncs, and vendor scorecards.
  • Contract & SOW Oversight: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on active Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and service contracts, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and billing strictly match agreed terms.
  • SLA Tracking & Issue Escalation: Monitor supplier KPIs, track service level agreements (SLAs), and manage resolutions for commercial, operational, delivery, or scope-related partner escalations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Corporate Procurement, Legal, and internal Workplace/AV engineering teams to coordinate contract renewals, change orders, RFP technical evaluations, and scope adjustments.
  • Operational Reporting & Visibility: Utilize portfolio and workflow management tools to maintain central visibility into supplier commitments, license/maintenance contract expirations, deliverables, and spend tracking.

Items to Consider:

  • AVI-SPL reserves the right to alter work hours and work location as necessary. Work hours may vary based on client requirements and may include travel to various locations in support of the account.
