Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Testing Engineer III with strong experience in QA testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and executing manual and automated test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and enhance test cases created by test analysts; provide constructive feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements in coordination with Business Analysts (BAs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Identify test conditions and develop detailed test cases and test data for comprehensive test coverage.
  • Execute manual and automation tests as per approved Test Plans using appropriate testing tools.
  • Work closely with Test Leads to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
  • Provide weekly status reports on testing progress and escalate risks as needed.
  • Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with the Test Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with Global Testing Standards (GTS) processes in daily activities.
  • Complete all assigned training and upskilling within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, including manual and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,470 - $110,000.
