Responsibilities- Lead and manage the IT technician team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and hardware.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to support technology needs and promote effective communication.
- Monitor and resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on problem-solving approaches.

Requirements- Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role within a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and system security practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
