In this role, you'll help keep infrastructure and manufacturing systems running reliably, lead site-level IT improvements, partner with cross-functional teams and vendors, and mentor less experienced team members. If you're strong in infrastructure support and ready to expand your leadership impact, this could be a strong next step.

  • Help ensure manufacturing systems are stable, secure, and running efficiently
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive uptime improvements
  • Support backup, recovery, and on-site data center operations
  • Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver practical solutions
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and support junior team members
  • Assist with data integration and reporting across manufacturing systems

Experiences/Education - Required

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems support, or a similar technical role
    • Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, end-user devices, and backup/disaster recovery
    • Experience supporting SQL Server databases
    • Proven ability to take technical ownership, mentor others, and work across teams
    • Understanding of IT project management principles and tools

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • Manufacturing IT or MES experience
  • Working knowledge of Oracle-based systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and prioritization skills
  • Basic cybersecurity knowledge
