Full Job Description
Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking an IT Systems Engineer - Azure Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT Systems, this role will manage and administer Cooper's Hawk's Azure tenant and cloud resources, with a strong emphasis on identity and access management across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This position will play a critical role in ensuring cloud environments are secure, well-governed, and properly maintained across all Cooper's Hawk locations. How You Will Succeed: • Administer the Azure tenant, including subscriptions, resource groups, and configuration of core Azure services • Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity synchronization, Entra SSO, and conditional access policies • Manage identity lifecycle processes, group policies, and access controls across on-premises AD and Entra ID environments • Administer Privileged Access Management solutions and enforce least-privilege access best practices • Monitor Azure resources for performance, cost management, and security compliance • Apply and maintain Azure governance policies, tagging standards, and resource organization • Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems as needed • Support integration between Azure infrastructure and M365/collaboration services where needed • Ensure identity and cloud security compliance requirements are met across all Cooper's Hawk locations • Manage assigned projects and tasks and ensure timely completion • Maintain detailed diagrams and documentation of all cloud configurations and technology processes • Provide after-hours support as needed for critical systems • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required What You'll Bring: • Minimum 5 years' experience administering Azure tenants and cloud resources • Minimum 5 years' experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity, SSO, and conditional access • Minimum 3 years' experience managing Microsoft 365 tenants, including Enterprise licensing • Minimum 3 years' experience administering identity management and Privileged Access Management solutions • Experience administering or supporting Linux-based systems • Expertise utilizing PowerShell for Azure, M365, and identity management automation • Experience with Azure governance and cost management best practices • Experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform related applications preferred • BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent • Relevant Azure, Microsoft Identity, or M365 certifications preferred (e.g., AZ-104, SC-300) Compensation Range: $105,000 - $120,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
